At Enwave, we're helping reshape how energy is delivered in communities across Canada. As a Project Manager, Development, you'll play a key role in advancing sustainable energy solutions by leading capital projects that support growth, innovation, and the transition to a lower-carbon future.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex capital projects from development through construction and commissioning, working closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to specification
- Manage procurement, contractors, permitting, budgets, schedules, and project risks
- Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, municipalities, and other stakeholders
- Drive collaboration and solve problems to support successful project handovers
- Advance Enwave's sustainable energy and decarbonization goals
Requirements
- 5–7 years of project management experience delivering large, complex capital projects with multiple stakeholders
- Post-secondary education in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Architectural Science, Construction Management, Operations, or a related field
- Strong experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project reporting
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience managing procurement activities, contractors, consultants, and construction execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong client and partner relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of local construction regulations, permitting, and approvals processes
- Experience with on-site construction management
- Experience in district energy or thermal energy systems is considered an asset

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this role is $120,000 up to $130,000, based on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
