Your Mission

As a Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Functional-Technical Consultant, you will lead the design and evolution of the marketing automation infrastructure. Your main challenges will be:

  • Lead end-to-end configuration, administration and continuous optimization of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
  • Design and orchestrate advanced audience segmentation strategies and automated nurture program flows based on behavioral data
  • Maximize multi-channel impact by building efficient campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications and WhatsApp
  • Ensure technical excellence and deliverability by controlling channel infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration) and ensuring processes strictly aligned with GDPR compliance and consent management
  • Monitor success through the development of analytical dashboards and key KPIs, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, CRM and data teams

Requirements

Essential (What you need to succeed):

  • Solid and proven experience in configuring and exploiting Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
  • Deep mastery of the customer lifecycle, marketing automation and advanced segmentation
  • Solid knowledge of email infrastructure (deliverability concepts, sender reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Experience working with Dataverse and in the secure and efficient management of customer data
  • Clear understanding of communication compliance regulations and GDPR
  • Languages: Advanced English level (C1 required) and fluent Spanish to communicate with international stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data
  • Mastery of Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) or Azure services and APIs
  • Experience integrating flows with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp Business
  • Enthusiasm for AI-driven personalization and experience working in agile environments
  • Passion for learning, sharing ideas and evolving with the team
