About the Role

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Process Developer will design, implement and maintain a sustainable and scalable automation strategy based on a thorough analysis of On's challenges today and tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Develop RPA process solutions (UiPath, MS Power Automate) applying standard design principles and conventions
  • Manage the entire RPA life cycle ensuring adequate documentation for the different phases
  • Continuous enhancement and improvement of existing RPA solutions (using e.g. the PDCA methodology) by validating and optimizing design, code, and reusability of automation artifacts
  • Elicit and analyze process-related business requirements and areas for improvement
  • Prepare, facilitate and support internal BPM workshops and act as RPA subject matter expert
  • Build-up and execute global and regional change management and communication plans

Requirements

Education:

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, Process Management or a related technical field of study

OR

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, Process Management or a related technical field of study, and two (2) years of experience in a related position

Required work experience:

  • Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
  • Experience with implementations, D365 Upgrades, Migrations, Installation, End-User Training, User Training, and Pre and Post Go-Live Support activities
  • Experience with role based security design and customization
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX Infrastructure Support, Microsoft Dynamics Deployments
