We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Business Process Re-Engineer to transform our employee experience. In this role, you will partner closely with HR and leverage technology to design intuitive workplace solutions. You will partner closely with HR customers, empathize with the opportunity at hand, and play a key role in driving the outcome of projects in line with the 5D framework—Discover, Define, Diagnose, Design, and Deliver.
What you'll do
- Process Mapping: Lead the development and refinement of current and future state process maps, identifying critical pain points and areas for improvement.
- Project Delivery: Collaborate with key stakeholders on high-impact projects, managing cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end experience solutions.
- Experience Design: Collaborate in designing end-to-end experiences that consider the entire lifecycle, focusing on people, process, and technology to enhance overall satisfaction and experience.
- Execution Toolkit: Ensure the correct utilization of the program's execution toolkit and use of Design Thinking to guide program deliverables, instilling discipline, focus, and structure in project execution.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate closely with technology teams to leverage enterprise tools, including Oracle HCM and Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with design objectives.
- User-Centered Research: Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research, using insights (Visier and HCM) to inform the design and improvement of employee journeys. Analyze data and error states to produce meaningful insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead design sessions and work across departments to drive end-to-end improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Storytelling and Advocacy: Develop compelling narratives to communicate design concepts and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders, championing customer needs.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are prioritized and solutions are empathetically designed.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
Preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP)
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
Working conditions
Involves occasional (defined as one-third or less of the time) lifting of no more than 10 pounds at a time. Work is performed primarily in a seated position and entails no significant stooping, standing, climbing, walking, etc. Many sedentary jobs require good use of the hands and fingers for repetitive hand-finger actions. Working conditions occur within low to moderate noise levels related to the use of standard office or classroom equipment.

Compensation
This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100–$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
Job details
- Position type: Hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
