As the GSS Order Entry Team Leader, you will ensure the team's compliance with company order processing procedures and adherence to the Sales Order Entry Job Aid. You will collaborate with IT teams to enhance and upgrade automation programs, while applying your experience to identify and implement process improvements across both manual and automated workflows. You will partner with the management team to lead process development programs, lead process transitions and stabilization activities, and support continuous operational excellence. You will also be a people manager, providing leadership and coaching opportunities for your team. This is a hybrid role. The team is working 2 days per week at the office.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, motivate and develop a growing team of Order Entry Specialists

Conduct team and individual meetings with team members

Participate in team capacity planning and allocating work across the team

Guide and propose process improvements within assigned scope of processes

Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied

Manage multiple complex issues and projects

Create development plans and performance goals for team

Internal client-facing role (calls, presentations to company partners both from the business and Local Commercial Integration Teams)

Maintain all service delivery metrics in the team according to SLA's

Maintain team's attrition level according to the annual objective

Qualifications:

B.A., B.S. in Business or Finance&Accountng

3+ years of experience in similar role

Proven track record concerning knowledge of financial processes, and associated improvement programs

A general understanding of Westinghouse systems and data quality needs

Previous experience in people management, inspiring teams, influencing decision-making across all organizational levels.

Experience working effectively in a team environment.

Highly organized, with proven ability to manage competing priorities, optimize time, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Identifies and resolves challenges while managing deadlines and driving successful outcomes.

Desire to produce accurate, high-quality work

Proficiency in SAP SD module, Microsoft D365, and other software packages

Flexibility to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations

People management skills

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 13,916 to 17,350 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
