About the Role

Position: Senior ERP Consultant

Location: Aschheim

Department: Technology

Reporting into: Head of ERP Service

Working Model: Hybrid

Contract Type: Permanent

Experience Level: Mid-Senior level

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house MS Dynamics Business Central consulting
• Implement new projects in close collaboration with ERP team and stakeholders
• Work on solution proposals and functional design of stakeholder-specific demands
• Interpret user requests and convert them to functional requirements
• Organize workshops and prepare project documentation
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Perform functional testing and ensure quality of product
• Provide 2nd level support and focus on user needs
• Perform user training and prepare user training manuals
• Work in international environment with close collaboration with end users, IT department and ERP specialists

About You

• Degree in Business Informatics, Economics or other comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience working with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central as a functional consultant, with deep expertise in the finance module
• Experience in providing user support, working with upgrades and implementations
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with specialization in European financial regulations, tax laws, and localization requirements within Business Central
• Good understanding of business processes (sales, purchase, inventory, warehouse management)
• Experience in project management and consulting role with a Microsoft Partner
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Experience working with agile environment, SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence
• Service-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in team and independently
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
