For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for an Operations Specialist.
Summary
The Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for the execution of Corporate Operations projects. Takes on special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Effectively test, greenlight and configure the software managed by the Operations Team and other tools and systems to automate and streamline workflows and processes
- Ensure creation of reports and KPIs that detail the effectiveness and business impact from operational activities
- Utilize Company tools (Wrike, Jira, BaseCamp, Outlook, etc.) to manage and log related tasks in a timely manner
- Document, review and revise internal operational procedures as needed
- Responsible for project coordination
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Management, Business or a related field
- 2+ years D365 ERP/CRM integration experience required
- 2+ years operational support experience
- 2+ years demonstrated experience writing, analyzing and editing documentation of business processes
- Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Knowledge and experience with Wrike or other project management tool
- NetSuite, Shopify and HubSpot experience preferred
- Project management experience a plus
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and background screen

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $78,000 - $83,000 per year. Most new hires start at $78,000. Salary depends on skills, qualifications and experience.
