About the Role
We are currently seeking an AR/AP Intercompany Officer to join our Global Business Services Finance team in Manila. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, multinational environment and has a passion for reconciliation, process excellence, and cross-border collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing intercompany invoices, credit notes, recharges, and settlement transactions across global entities
- Managing intercompany billing cycles across Australia, Asia, the Americas, and EMEA regions
- Ensuring accurate coding, tax treatment, and compliance with transfer pricing requirements
- Performing monthly intercompany reconciliations and resolving balance discrepancies
- Investigating and clearing aged intercompany balances
- Supporting month-end activities, including accruals, journals, reporting, and close processes
- Processing intercompany Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
- Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on intercompany receivables
- Executing payment runs and supporting intercompany settlements
- Maintaining data accuracy within Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 and D365
- Supporting process standardization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with finance, tax, accounting, and operational teams across multiple countries
- Assisting with additional finance activities, including budget uploads, foreign exchange rate maintenance, and IFRS 16 lease accounting support
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Intercompany Accounting, or General Accounting roles
- Experience managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations within a multinational or shared services environment
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end close processes, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 and/or D365 is highly regarded
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and cultures
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and process efficiency
- English and Spanish language proficiency would be highly advantageous
