About the Role
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the incumbent resolves customer demands as relates to invoicing and customer accounts.
Responsibilities
Invoicing
- Quality assurance of sales orders/projects/contracts for billing accuracy
- Troubleshooting with operations/sales/client on invoicing corrections/credits
- Invoicing sales orders in a timely manner
Customer Accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries within established SLA times
- Resolution/escalation of client cases
- Handle delivery of monthly account statements
- Data management of account information – D365/Salesforce
Requirements
Education
- Post-secondary education preferable (i.e., University equivalent)
Work Experience
- 2–3 years invoicing experience
- 1–2 years experience in an office environment and accounting practices
Skills
- MS Office suite – Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook
- ERP experience – Dynamics 365 and R2
- CRM experience – Salesforce
- Experience working remotely is required
- Bilingual – English required
