The Role

Full Time, Permanent / Mississauga, ON

Closing Date: July 14, 2026

Your Mission

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips, and report discrepancies or damage immediately.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for internal pharmacies/clinics and external customers, following FEFO (first-expired-first-out) protocols.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS), including lot numbers and expiration dates.
  • Handle and store temperature-sensitive products in accordance with cold chain and ambient requirements.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Inspect products for damage, recalls, or expiration prior to shipment; segregate and document non-conforming product per SOPs.
  • Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, stackers, hand trucks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare shipments for carrier pickup, including proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for hazardous or regulated materials where applicable.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with GDP, OHS, and company housekeeping standards.
  • Complete required documentation and recordkeeping accurately to support traceability and regulatory audits.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, quality assurance, and customer service teams to resolve order or inventory issues.

Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical supply, or other regulated distribution environment strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Working knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements and controlled substance handling protocols.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory scanning equipment. Previous experience with Business Central (Dynamics 365) is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with lot tracking, expiration dates, and documentation.
  • High attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • For positions based in Quebec: French language proficiency is required to perform day-to-day duties. Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
