
Supply Planner

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to support inventory planning and warehouse operations. This role will work closely with supply planning, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient material flow, and timely execution of supply plans.
Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for most office-based roles. Employees are encouraged to spend an average of at least three days per week onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipment
- Maintain proper material handling and storage practices
- Coordinate material movement between the stockroom, test floor, and local vendors to ensure smooth material flow
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Supply Planning & Operations
- Support execution of San Jose testing plans to meet sample and order delivery requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Engineering, QA, Logistics)
- Track and follow up on material requests and shipment plans
- Support process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Execution & System Operations
- Learn and apply D365 ERP in daily operations, including inventory tracking and transaction execution
- Maintain accurate and timely system data to support planning and warehouse activities
Qualifications
- Open to working an assigned afternoon/evening shift (typically 1pm–9pm or 9am–5pm), based on team requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits
Rambus offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, equity, matching 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, time-off program, and gym membership.
The US salary range for this full-time position is $56,700 to $105,300. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
