About the role

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you occupy a key position within the Controlling team. You are a true finance all-rounder, intervening across the full spectrum of consolidation and financial control.

Responsibilities

Statutory consolidation:

  • Production of semi-annual and annual consolidated accounts
  • Relationships with Auditors
  • Contribution to PPA work

Management consolidation:

  • Monthly consolidated closing
  • Tracking and reconciliation of inter-company flows

Group reporting:

  • Contribution to COMEX reports
  • Tracking of KPIs (P&L, CAPEX, TFT, net debt)

Financial analysis:

  • Review of P&L by Business Unit and entities
  • Strategic analyses for Management

Cross-functional projects:

  • Participation in M&A integrations
  • Migration of consolidation tools
  • CSRD 2027 preparation

Continuous improvement:

  • Data reliability improvement
  • Closing timeline optimisation (Fast Close objective)

Requirements

Education & experience:

  • Bac+5 qualification in Finance, Accounting or Management (DSCG, Master CCA, Business School)
  • 4 to 6 years' experience in consolidation and/or group management control
  • Multi-entity environment experience is essential
  • Big 4 audit firm background appreciated

Technical skills:

  • Mastery of statutory consolidation (French GAAP, preferably IFRS)
  • Knowledge of a consolidation tool (Amelkis, LucaNet, SAP BFC, HFM...)
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query)
  • Knowledge of an ERP (Microsoft D365 preferred)
  • Professional English
  • Appetite for AI and automation of finance processes (a bonus for the future)
