What You'll Do

Turn Plans Into Action

• Review purchasing requirements and create accurate purchase orders that support production and operational needs.
• Manage order changes, revisions, and cancellations while maintaining accurate ERP records.

Stay Ahead of Supply Risks

• Monitor open orders and delivery commitments to identify potential delays before they impact operations.
• Prioritize expediting efforts on the orders that matter most.

Keep Teams Informed

• Build productive relationships with suppliers and gather timely updates on orders, availability, and delivery commitments.
• Share important information with stakeholders so decisions can be made quickly and confidently.

Protect Data Accuracy

• Maintain complete and accurate procurement records within the ERP system.
• Resolve discrepancies before they affect inventory, receiving, invoicing, or reporting.

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or related experience.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders in an ERP environment, preferably Microsoft D365.
• Experience within food manufacturing, dairy processing, or another regulated industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay composed when priorities shift.
• SCMP designation, or progress toward a professional procurement designation, is an asset.
