As a Dynamics 365 Architect/Developer, you will have a central and influential role in customer projects. You will design and develop secure, integrated solutions that maximise the value of Microsoft's entire ecosystem. You will work closely with customers, act as an advisor, and ensure that technology supports business processes and creates measurable value.
You will integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate and the customer's other systems — always with a focus on simplicity, scalability and long-term sustainability.

What we're looking for
- Solid experience developing and architecting solutions in Dynamics 365 (particularly CRM/CE) and Power Platform
- Strong in C#, .NET, SQL, WebAPI, Plugins, Dataverse
- Practical experience with integration and Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps etc.
- Familiar with (or curious about) Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Customer Insights
- Good understanding of how technology can support and improve business processes
- Comfortable in the consulting role — communicative, confident, advisory and customer-focused
- Experience in digital transformation and change management
