
Supply Chain Executive, North Asia and SEAA (2-year Fixed Term Contract)

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will support the seamless flow of products and operational processes across North Asia and South East Asia & Australia (SEAA). You will manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including ordering and invoicing activities within ERP systems, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Acting as a key coordinator across global, regional, and market teams, you will help translate business needs into effective operational execution while contributing to the overall performance and reliability of the supply chain network.

Key responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end supply chain operations, including order processing and invoicing within ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Coordinate closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate transportation and delivery flows
- Monitor and enhance supply chain performance across North Asia and SEAA, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Work with logistics service providers and partners to resolve operational issues related to shipments, compliance, and transportation
- Support reporting and analysis on order fulfilment, invoicing accuracy, and shipment performance to drive data-informed decisions
- Contribute to supply chain projects and initiatives, supporting the evolution of operating models and processes
- Ensure strong operational discipline and accuracy in all transactions and documentation

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, international trading, or freight forwarding, preferably within a regional or sizable organization
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power Platform is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and analytical problem-solving skills, especially in incident handling and data reconciliation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners
- Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- A proactive, agile mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
