  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, use-case creation, and documentation of business and system requirements.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for application development and system integration.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to support solution design, testing, and validation activities.
  • Support change management, user training, and deployment strategies to ensure successful adoption.

Project Leadership

  • Lead small to medium-scale projects independently; contribute to larger projects under program managers.
  • Track and manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of project activities and changes throughout the lifecycle.

Systems Integration & Support

  • Support and enhance integrations between internal systems and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O), Salesforce, and other applications across the company.
  • Identify and support automation opportunities across applications and business processes.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

Documentation & Communication

  • Develop business process documentation, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, vendors, and consultants.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Project Management Certification: PMI-PMP or Certified ScrumMaster/Product Owner (preferred)
  • Business Analysis Certification: PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP, or MBA (strongly preferred)
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with modern programming languages
  • Systems Experience: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP experience (highly desirable); Salesforce experience (desirable)
