About the Role

As a Software Engineer Microsoft Dynamics 365 (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the development and improvement of software for highly complex products and services, taking into account holistic business requirements and implications along the entire development process (lifecycle).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with requesters (e.g. product owners) in the analysis and implementation of requirements and provide advice at management level
• Prepare and document software solution designs
• Define standards for system tests/test automation and take over the installation and configuration of software for complex products and services
• Support team members from fault analysis through to fault clearance and provide technical support to other teams for the products and services they manage
• Work closely with other teams in an international environment and manage projects with strategic relevance

Requirements

• Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Excellent expertise in .NET/C# development and JavaScript
• Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Azure services
• Very good knowledge of process automation
• Good knowledge of AI-based software development
• Extensive experience with both traditional and agile collaboration models
• Proven experience in leading strategically oriented projects
• Experience in solution design / architecture (advantage)
• Experience with CRM processes (advantage)
• Very good command of German and English (C1 level)
