About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified MB-800 Functional Consultant Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and consultancy services. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on functional aspects
• Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to client needs
• Provide expert consultancy services to clients, helping them implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and trainers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment
• Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central and incorporate them into training materials
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote training programs and consultancy services
• Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and documentation
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
• Develop course materials and curricula for training programs
• Design and administer examinations and assessments to evaluate trainee performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certification: MB-800 certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a functional consultant and trainer in Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Technical expertise: Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Business acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Training delivery: Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs
• Mentoring: Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants and trainers
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required
• Education: Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualifications: CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA

Software Knowledge

• Familiarity with ISV solutions and their integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with popular ISV products such as Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture, and Tasklet Factory
• Understanding of ISV compliance and compatibility standards
• Experience in course development, examination, and assessment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics certifications
• Knowledge of additional ERP systems
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Ability to create interactive and multimedia training materials
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
