Position Overview

The Senior Data Associate is responsible for the execution of Remanufacturing end-to-end process configurations and related processes handled by the Global Business Process Owners (GBPO) team. This role is also responsible for analysing, interpreting, and communicating data, leading issue-related projects, and supporting various business initiatives. Additionally, this role involves facilitating user acceptance testing, simulations, knowledge transfer, and creating process documentation.

Essential Job Skills and Duties

  • Cleanse and validate incoming datasets for accuracy.
  • Execute recurring data loads and reconciliations.
  • Monitor pipelines and resolve data issues.
  • Document data definitions and usage standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on data requirements.
  • Optimize workflows for timely, reliable reporting.

Required Technical Skills

  • Knowledgeable MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Dynamics AX User (DAX2009, D365, DAX2012) or Equivalent ERP System
  • Data Management

Required Soft and Leadership Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear communication with technical and business teams.
  • Organized, deadline-driven task management.
  • Proactive problem solving and follow-through.
  • Collaborative mindset and stakeholder empathy.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's/Associate degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Sciences, or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, or experience may be considered)
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in CRUD's (create, read, update, delete) execution
  • Minimum of 6 months in process documentation
  • Ability to work on a shifting work schedule

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Advanced coursework in data management.
  • Experience in governance or stewardship programs.
  • Background supporting analytics teams.

  • Kinaxis or any planning tool (a Plus but not required)
  • ServiceNow (a Plus but not required)
  • Adobe Photoshop (a Plus but not required)
