Accounts Payable Administrator - Fixed-term

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you'll be part of a collaborative team ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes. Your responsibilities will span accounts payable, reconciliations, credit management, and documentation, all while providing a high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a fixed term role available until December 2026 to provide support for additional tasks post go-live for the new D365 ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing accounts transactions in line with policy
- Reconciling accounts, statements, and payment schedules
- Supporting credit management and debt recovery activities
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Partnering with managers, suppliers, and customers to resolve queries
About You
You'll bring experience in accounts administration or similar finance roles, with proven skills in accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and credit management.
Additionally, you should bring:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general ledger/accounts systems
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to resolve queries quickly and effectively
