  • Enhancing content accessibility and innovation: Supporting initiatives to improve how content is accessed, including AI-enabled tools for RFPs and due diligence processes.
  • Managing tools and platforms: Overseeing key platforms including CRM and collaboration tools, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly and fit for purpose.
  • Delivering events and engagement: Organising and coordinating events, workshops and webinars, ensuring seamless execution and strong engagement.
  • Tracking performance and insights: Supporting reporting and dashboards, analysing feedback and metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and impact.
  • Ensuring operational and compliance excellence: Acting as a Line 1 control, identifying and managing risks while ensuring all activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Core Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years' experience in a sales operations, sales support, or administrative role
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (experience with Dynamics 365 highly regarded)
  • Familiarity with sales reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • An analytical approach, with confidence interpreting data and deriving insights
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
