About the Role

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant at Accenture, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You will be responsible for comprehensive testing, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA processes. This role requires expertise in validating functional and non-functional requirements, implementing automation testing, and collaborating closely with developers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Testing

• Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365 CE applications, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure solution quality
• Validate CRM customizations, such as Plugins, Workflows, PCF controls, and Power Platform components

Defect Management

• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective to improve overall solution quality

Automation

• Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, EasyRepro, or custom frameworks
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline delivery processes

Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, defect reports, and test results to ensure traceability and knowledge sharing

Required Experience and Expertise

• Overall Experience: 5–7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CE
• Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
• Dynamics 365 CE Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Automation Tools: Proficiency in automated testing tools, such as LeapWork, Selenium, or EasyRepro
• Database Testing: Experience using SQL for database validation and testing
• Agile and DevOps: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps Test Plans
• AI-Assisted Testing: Experience using M365 CoPilot for test case generation

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performance testing and API testing
• Knowledge of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Exposure to Copilot and AI-driven CRM features

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
• ISTQB Certified Tester
