About the Role

This dual-function role is responsible for owning the marketing systems and digital infrastructure that enable scalable growth while also leading product management, development, and commercialization strategy for Viracor's cell therapy diagnostic portfolio. The Marketing Systems Lead & Cell Therapy Product Manager role owns the company's website, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring effective lead generation, customer engagement, and performance optimization. This position serves as a critical bridge between commercial execution, product strategy, and digital enablement, driving growth through both market-facing innovation and operational excellence in marketing systems.

Approximately 80% of the role is dedicated to marketing systems leadership and digital enablement, with the remaining 20% focused on supporting the strategy, development, and commercialization of Viracor's cell therapy diagnostic portfolio.

The role partners closely with Cell Therapy Business Development Managers, field sales, medical affairs, and external partners to define product strategy, develop offerings, and drive adoption across the cell therapy continuum.

Marketing Systems, Website & Digital Enablement Responsibilities

  • Update, manage, and maintain website content using a CMS platform, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
  • Manage and optimize lead flow within Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate capture, routing, and integration to support marketing attribution and sales pipeline effectiveness
  • Create, embed, test, and troubleshoot D365 forms and digital conversion points to ensure seamless lead capture and user experience
  • Develop and optimize website content for traditional and AI-powered search environments (SEO, AEO, GEO), ensuring content is structured to enhance visibility, answer user intent, and perform effectively across search engines and generative platforms
  • Identify and implement website and landing page optimization opportunities (CRO) to improve user engagement and lead conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyze website performance across traditional and emerging channels (including AI-driven platforms) using analytics tools, delivering insights to optimize content, user experience, and conversion performance
  • Maintain and update downloadable website assets
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to continuously refine digital strategy and maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement website updates and campaigns
  • Play a key role in supporting the launch and growth of a new business unit by developing scalable digital experiences, content, and lead generation capabilities
  • Partner cross-functionally to establish and optimize website and marketing system infrastructure in support of new products, services, and market expansion
  • Proactively evaluate, adopt, and apply emerging technologies (including AI-driven tools and platforms) to improve website performance, content effectiveness, operational efficiency, and user experience
  • Serve as primary owner of website governance, ensuring content standards, structure, and best practices are consistently applied across all digital properties
  • Ensure website content and functionality adhere to accessibility standards and regulatory/compliance requirements
  • Assist in designing, editing and production of digital and print-ready assets using Adobe Creative Suite

Cell Therapy Product Management & Commercial Enablement Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for cell therapy diagnostic solutions supporting CAR T and emerging therapies
  • Partner with Cell Therapy Business Development Managers to support co-selling efforts, value messaging, and opportunity advancement
  • Translate market needs into new test offerings, enhancements, and bundled solutions across the patient journey
  • Collaborate with medical, operations, and commercial teams to define product positioning, differentiation, and clinical value propositions
  • Develop sales tools, training materials, and go-to-market strategies to support field execution
  • Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform product roadmap
  • Support strategic partnerships with pharma, CAR T manufacturers, IDNs, and transplant centers
  • Contribute to pricing, value-based messaging, and contract strategy in collaboration with leadership
  • Represent the organization at industry meetings, product reviews, and strategic customer engagements

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing website content or marketing technology platforms
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Umbraco, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems
  • Understanding of digital customer journey, lead generation strategies, and conversion optimization principles
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Physical Requirements

  • Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead
  • Ability to speak and hear well enough to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting
  • Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)
  • Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, make valid judgments and decisions
