About the Role

The Manager, Solution Delivery is a skilled project manager for Performance Management initiatives and projects across the Finance Division and supported lines of business. The Manager uses Microsoft Project, Monday.com & Jira software utilizing Waterfall & Agile delivery methodology to organize and lead teams through use cases and other development projects.

Team members may include business stakeholders, product owners, IT data engineering, IT security, business data analytics and data science. The project manager adjusts plans, schedules and approaches based on the priorities and the type of project (experimentation vs. production-grade). Projects may vary in size from only a few members to up to 40+ across many divisions.

This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Director, Solution Delivery. It involves interactions with all departments within Four Seasons, platform providers, and service delivery partners.

Responsibilities: Project Delivery

  • Lead Performance Management platform(s) delivery including OneStream XF platform implementations, Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting modules
  • Oversee design and build of Cubes, Dimensions, Workflow Profiles, Forms, Dashboards, and Data Management sequences
  • Develop and actively manage projects as assigned, defining all dependencies (internal, external, interproject) and critical path to completion
  • Manage project delivery team consisting of multiple vendors and Four Seasons resources across multiple time-zones, ensuring alignment on development timelines and seamless handoffs between teams as it relates to project deliverables
  • Actively manage delivery process between requirements gathering, solution design review, UAT, deployment and Hypercare
  • Organize and facilitate cross functional teams (project managers, product owners, IT data engineering, IT security, business, data analytics and data science) for projects as assigned
  • Prepare and present program level reporting to project stakeholders and executives via weekly Project Review meeting
  • Demonstrate expertise in Agile & Waterfall project delivery
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and leading Standups
  • Administer and co-administer various Jira boards
  • Be the first point of escalation for project risks
  • Own the process of escalating risks and communicating to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Proactively identify and own the process of removing blockers in a timely manner
  • Forecast and schedule required IT expertise supporting the project identifying any conflicts, gaps or overlaps
  • Ensure projects transition successfully to operations and that operational considerations are captured during the build-phase

Responsibilities: Product Management

  • Partner closely with Product Owners (PO) to align roadmap priorities with delivery plans
  • Translate PO‑defined backlog items into sequenced project schedules, sprint plans, and release cycles
  • Coordinate requirements and scope with the PO, ensuring clarity, documentation, and impact assessment
  • Co‑lead solution design sessions with the PO, ensuring functional approval and alignment to best practices
  • Work with the PO during UAT, ensuring test coverage, defect triage, and functional sign‑off
  • Align on release readiness, collaborating with the PO on deployment scope, training needs, and business readiness
  • Support ongoing enhancement planning, providing delivery metrics and capacity inputs to the PO for roadmap evolution

Experience and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 2–3 years delivering EPM solutions (OneStream strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a business or IT discipline
  • Certifications in Agile / PMI
  • Experience in commercial and contract management
  • Experience in vendor management, specifically with professional services

Technical Skills

  • Experience with metadata design, data models, integrations, workflows, and business rules in OneStream or similar platforms
  • Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics etc)
  • Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Jira
  • Knowledge of OneStream, Dynamics 365, Kyriba, Longview systems is an asset
  • Knowledge and understanding of data engineering in Microsoft Azure Environment + Toolsets would be an asset (ADLA, ADF, Synapse, Data Bricks, AAS, Cosmos DB, FunctionApps, Logic Apps etc.)
  • Microsoft Power Suite delivery and support
  • Data process improvement

  • Helpdesk Tools and methods
  • Microsoft Visio
  • Microsoft Office Suite, very strong Excel skills

  • Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats throughout the delivery process if required (Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager etc)
  • High degree of self-motivation and strong initiative
  • Effective personal persuasion skills
  • Very strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage volume of work and deal with global conference calls
  • Expert in Waterfall/Agile project delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Vendor management experience, especially with professional services
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to achieve results through others
  • Strong finance and budgeting skills
  • Very strong conceptual, analytical, judgmental and communication abilities are critical
  • Strong negotiation skills

Compensation and Work Arrangement

Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000

Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario
