About the role

As a Junior CRM Engineer, you will immerse yourself in diverse customer projects from the outset and work with modern Microsoft technologies (MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Platform). After an induction period and with the support of your experienced colleagues, you will gradually assume responsibility across the entire project spectrum: from supporting sales through specification, design, implementation and testing to rollout and customer training.

Your tasks

• Work on various customer projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Support the team with solution proposals, demos and effort estimations in the sales process
• Actively participate in the specification and design phase and implement CRM solutions together with the team
• Accompany testing and rollout phases and support customers with practical training
• Actively use AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate AI-Features) to make development and configuration processes more efficient

Your profile

• Completed degree (university/university of applied sciences/specialised higher education) in business informatics, computer science or a related discipline
• Interest in the interface between business and technology, pronounced customer focus and clear communication
• Basic programming knowledge in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript) is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g. SQL Server) or motivation to acquire this knowledge
• First experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) or Azure is advantageous
• Openness to AI-supported development and new tools
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
