Primary Responsibilities
Purchasing & Supply Chain Operations: 90–95%
- Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments
- Coordinate purchasing activities and inventory requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory management
- Assist with import/export and supply chain operations
- Maintain accurate operational data and documentation
- Prepare reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
- Support day-to-day purchasing and administrative operations
Occasional Internal IT Backup Support: 5–10%
- Training provided for candidates interested in learning new skills and expanding professional experience
- Previous IT experience is not required
Requirements
Required
- Native or business-level Japanese communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables
- Experience in one or more of the following: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Import/Export
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
- Friendly and team-oriented personality
- Interest in learning basic IT administration
