Your Mission
As a Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Technical Consultant, you will be the absolute owner of the architecture, configuration, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. Your role and mission in the company will include:
- Design and govern advanced audience segmentation strategies using real-time behavioral data
- Orchestrate and optimize high-impact omnichannel automated campaigns (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp)
- Ensure technical excellence in channel infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration) and campaign deliverability
- Lead regulatory compliance by implementing consent management and privacy processes adapted to GDPR
- Drive decision-making through the design of dashboards, performance KPIs, and advanced analytics
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, CRM, and data teams to co-create integrated solutions
Essential Skills
- Experience: More than 8 years of solid track record in technical or consulting roles
- Technical Expertise: Deep experience in configuring and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
- Data Management: Strong knowledge of Dataverse and customer data management
- Deliverability and Security: Mastery of email deliverability concepts and security configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Languages: Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (essential for global communication and regional client interaction)
- Compliance Mindset: Clear understanding of customer data privacy regulations (GDPR)
Desirable Skills
- Practical experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data
- Knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Experience integrating Customer Insights solutions with CRM, ERP, or third-party platforms through Azure APIs
- Skills with WhatsApp Business integrations
- Official certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Experience working in Agile environments and passion for learning, sharing ideas, and evolving with the team
