We seek a passionate data architecture professional to lead the design, configuration and continuous governance of our LMS solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
Your Mission
As the highest functional and technical authority on the project, you will lead:
- Shape the Future of Data: Define and maintain the data model for Accounts, Customers, Leads, Contacts, Opportunities and Activities within Dataverse.
- Optimise Global Pipeline: Design and configure opportunity management processes, including qualification flows, scoring, routing and intelligent assignments.
- Advanced Automation: Create business rules, workflows with Power Automate, dashboards and robust security models to ensure seamless operations.
- 360° Data Governance: Establish uniqueness rules and deduplication to provide a clean and complete view of customer interaction history.
- Ecosystem Synchronisation: Coordinate integrations between Dynamics 365 and external enterprise applications, ensuring scalability and technical compliance.
Requirements
Essential:
- Over 5 years of experience leading global CRM implementations and enterprise transformations
- Strong experience in configuration, customisation and administration of Dynamics 365 Sales
- Deep understanding of Dataverse data modelling, security and architecture best practices
- Technical mastery in designing complex automations with Power Automate and business process flows
- Advanced English (C1 level required for global stakeholder management) and fluent Spanish
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
Desirable:
- Certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Apps and Power BI
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP systems, APIs and integration services in Azure, Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Platform
- Passion for continuous learning, idea sharing and evolution within agile environments (Agile delivery)
