About the Role
To pursue our growing and reinforce the IT team, we are currently looking for a D365 Finance & HR Business Analyst based in Portugal to integrate the Group IT team.
As D365 Finance & HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the Finance & HR Group Solution's evolution and ensuring its successful delivery and business adoption.
Responsibilities
1. Drive and evolve the Finance Group Solution
- Own and drive the continuous evolution of the Group Solution within the Finance & HR domain
- Partner with business analysts and key users to capture, challenge, and refine business requirements
- Contribute actively across the full solution lifecycle (design, build, testing, simulation, and deployment)
- Ensure clear, relevant, and up-to-date documentation (e.g. application processes)
- Enable and empower key users through training and knowledge sharing
- Ensure delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline expectations
- Contribute to governance and steering forums when required
- Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities
2. Manage and challenge external partners
- Collaborate with external partners to deliver solution components
- Challenge partners on scope, features, cost, and quality of proposed solutions
- Validate solutions and key deliverables (e.g. functional gap analysis, design documents)
- Participate in validation phases such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP)
3. Support solution deployment and rollout
- Contribute hands-on to solution implementation across Group entities (design, build, test, simulate, go-live)
- Support and train local key users to ensure adoption and autonomy
- Provide functional expertise and consultancy to local teams
- Support Group IT Project Managers throughout project execution
- Proactively identify and escalate risks
- Ensure all required deliverables are completed to support successful deployment
4. Build and share expertise
- Develop and maintain strong expertise in business processes, Microsoft Dynamics, and related systems
- Advise and support local Schréder entities on best practices and solution usage
- Facilitate and animate the Group Solution user community to drive engagement and continuous improvement
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
- Business Processes in Industrial environment (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Very good D365 F&O functional knowledge (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Account Payable, Account Receivable
- General Ledger
- Fixed Assets
- Costing
- Having implemented ISV solutions (finance localization) in different countries
- Experience with e-invoicing and implementation of e-invoicing solution
- Deep fluency in spoken and written English + ideally one other language (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch or German)
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge in Consolidation and Business Intelligence Tools (PowerBI)
