We are looking for a highly experienced D365/Cloud Architect with significant, senior consulting experience to join our growing team in Adelaide.

What you will do

  • Lead solution architecture and technical design across Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements.
  • Define end-to-end solution architectures covering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, integrations, and data management.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Provide architectural leadership throughout project lifecycles, from discovery and design through deployment and support.
  • Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Design integration strategies with third-party systems, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical quality assurance.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, estimates, and technical proposals.
  • Mentor technical teams and contribute to capability development across the organisation.

Essential requirements

  • 8+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Senior Technical Architect.
  • Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience designing enterprise integrations using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of security, identity management, data governance, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Preferred qualifications

  • Microsoft Azure architecture and cloud-native solution design.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Industry experience in government, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or professional services.
  • Microsoft certifications, including Dynamics 365 and Azure Architect certifications.
