The Role

We are looking forward to hire Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as CRM technical consultant
• Deep and hands-on technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules
• Experience using Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Expert in developing components such as Plugins (C#, .NET), Custom workflows, actions, JavaScript/TypeScript scripting, Model-Driven & Canvas Apps
• Understanding of AI and Copilot
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
