Project Role Description

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

A Typical Day

Evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails translating complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and functions to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical
• Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and their integration within business processes
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions that support business transformation
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Familiarity with data modeling, workflow automation, and system customization within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical

Education:

• 15 years full time education required
