About the role
As Service Delivery Manager, you are the customer's primary contact point with overall responsibility for service delivery — from operational quality and stability to further development and value creation.
You will build strong customer relationships, ensure that deliveries maintain high quality, and help customers realise benefits through modern management of their Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves close collaboration with customers, consultants, architects and specialists across the organisation.

As Service Delivery Manager, you will have a central role in helping our customers adopt these capabilities and convert new technology into measurable value.
Your responsibilities
- Own and further develop customer relationships within Managed Services
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs and delivery quality
- Drive governance, steering meetings and improvement initiatives
- Coordinate deliveries across functional and technical teams
- Handle risk, deviations and escalations
- Identify opportunities for AI, Copilot and automation in the customer's processes
- Contribute to continuous development of our services and future delivery models
What we are looking for
- Experience as Service Delivery Manager, Customer Success Manager or equivalent role
- Experience with Managed Services, Application Management or management of business-critical solutions
- Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM platforms
- Confident in dialogue with management, business and IT
- Understand the connection between technology, delivery quality and business value
- Structured, proactive and relationship-strong
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
