Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Winnersh (RG41 5TP) (Hybrid)
What You'll Be Doing
- 3rd party invoicing process standardization
- IC process standardization
- Onboarding new customers, credit controls
- Supporting the team with raising sales invoices and creating project codes to streamline operations
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Assisting with month-end activities for the shared service team
- Assume full ownership of the entire debtor's ledger, control of accrued and deferred income
- FX revaluations
- Intercompany and BS reconciliation
- Implement a structured dunning letter process to enhance collections and maintain effective communication with debtors, ensuring alignment with the debt collector
- Control of the accrued income
- Managing day-to-day cash and preparation of short-term cash flow
- Good understanding of double entries
- Reporting on operational KPI
- Managing the accounts mailbox and phone line
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other financial systems
What You Will Bring
- AAT Level 4
- Experience in sales ledger management and credit control
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Adaptive communication skills to suit different audiences
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
