Role Overview
OGS India is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst with strong domain knowledge to support the AR and Billing functions under Finance Operations. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.
Responsibilities
Working Capital Management
- Prepare daily receipts function for the group
- Compile and analyse cashflow forecasts, collection status reports, and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports
- Coordinate weekly applications for credit limit requirements in CVO
- Serve as primary point of contact for credit-related queries (credit rating checks)
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure accurate weekly updates on cash collection
- Prepare relevant documentation and information needed for extended credit terms approval
- Work closely with intercompany counterparts to resolve and collect balances timely
- Prepare and submit lease-related invoices
- Process Intercompany billing instructions for the group
- Prepare intraco payment proposal for Intraco clearing status
- Perform month-end revaluation entry for Intercompanies and bank balances
- Submit CAPEX requests
- Prepare CAPEX forecasts
- Provide assistance for annual statutory audit and tax filing when required
- Perform bank reconciliation for some entities
- Handle any other ad hoc duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working in a Finance team, with exposure to Billing / Collections, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow Analysis
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, Working Capital and AR
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work on tight deadlines

- Experience with financial systems, including Hyperion/HFM, D365 and Media Ocean
