Testing & UAT Coordinator – D365 F&SCM Implementation

Location: Aylesford, UK Working hours: 8am - 4.30pm, Hybrid Contract: Full-time, FTC till December 2026

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised Testing & UAT Coordinator to support a Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementation. This role will focus on documenting agreed business processes, producing process maps, and coordinating administrative, system & testing activities, including the creation and management of test plans through to UAT completion.

Responsibilities

Process Mapping & Documentation

  • Capture and document agreed business processes mapped to D365.
  • Create clear and structured process maps that connect real-world business & operations to D365 in Microsoft Visio (or similar tools).
  • Maintain the mapped processes, ensuring readability, relatability & accuracy throughout the project.

Test Planning & Testing

  • Create clear and detailed test plans and scripts for D365 in Azure DevOps (or similar tools).
  • Coordinate testing activities & sessions through to formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Work with wider stakeholders to ensure the test plans with acceptance criteria are understood, as well as the expected outcomes for pass/fail responses, with issues & bugs logged for review.
  • Track test execution, triage logged issues and bugs, and follow through to resolution.
  • Ensure testing coverage aligns with agreed business scenarios / requirements and mapped processes.

Coordination

  • Coordinate planning, timelines, scheduling, tasks, check-ins/follow ups and status reporting.
  • Assist in ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards.
  • Act as a central point between internal / external users, teams & third parties.

Support

  • Provide administrative & system support (e.g. user setup, access, validation).
  • Support set up & preparation including data readiness & validation in lead up to & during testing.
  • Produce resource and reference materials & documentation ongoing to support the project.
  • Further support needs & knowledge areas of users to ensure readiness for and completion of testing.

What Success Looks Like

A well-planned, thoroughly tested, and smoothly delivered Dynamics 365 implementation with engaged stakeholders and successful User Acceptance Testing.

Ideal Experience

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, or similar).
  • Strong experience in process mapping and business documentation.
  • Experience creating and managing test plans, test scripts, and coordinating UAT, with knowledge of SIT and regression testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio and Azure DevOps (or similar test/defect management tools).
  • Experience supporting a D365 implementation or ERP project.
  • Understanding of business process improvement frameworks.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with high attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
