About the role
At Scandinavian Cosmetics, procurement is an important part of our Nordic Finance & Operations team. In this role you will ensure not only strong operational delivery, but also contribute to building a culture characterised by collaboration, development and continuous improvement.
You will have dual responsibility – partly for your own brand portfolios, partly for leading, coaching and developing the team in day-to-day work. You drive improvement initiatives, challenge existing ways of working and help create a more data-driven, efficient and scalable procurement function.
As Team Lead you will also be a close partner to our brand teams, where you contribute insights, prioritisations and initiatives that strengthen the business and create value.
Responsibilities
Leadership, development & improvement
- Lead, coach and support the procurement team in day-to-day work
- Create engagement and drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify and implement improvements in processes and ways of working
- Ensure clear structure, prioritisation and efficient resource utilisation
- Monitor team performance and contribute to both individual and shared development
Operational responsibility
- Responsibility for forecasting, planning and monitoring of procurement and sales
- Ensure efficient inventory management and optimisation of goods flows
- Oversee deliveries from order to end customer
- Approve and record supplier invoices within your area of responsibility
- Drive analysis, reporting and monitoring within procurement and logistics
- Conduct profitability analyses and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to budget processes and business reviews together with brand owners

We see that you have:
- Academic qualifications in procurement, supply chain or equivalent
- Experience from a procurement role, preferably with elements of leadership
- Experience driving improvement work and developing processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Strong analytical ability and a business-minded approach
- Ability to work structurally, prioritise and deliver on time
