The Role
Lead, coach and develop a distributed BC/NAV development team (18 direct colleagues across sites)
Own the technical roadmap, stability and integration of Dynamics 365 BC across 49 subsidiary companies
Design and develop Einhell-specific BC Core Apps (purchasing, logistics, sales, service, finance)
Build extensions and interfaces (AL, API, web services); manage release and change processes
Ensure system availability, performance, security and data integrity of the BC landscape
Drive timely, tailored BC rollouts across international sales companies
Manage external developers and service providers; align closely with IT leadership

Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years hands-on development and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC / NAV – non-negotiable
- Strong AL / C/AL knowledge – extensions, Visual Studio Code, MS-SQL, Azure DevOps / Git, PowerShell
- Proven project experience in ERP environments – you have lived through complex rollouts or migrations
- German and English at least B2 level – you communicate confidently in both languages
- Communicative, team-oriented, strategic thinker, decisive, conflict-resilient – you lead, not just manage
Not a fit:
- Pure theory without proven BC/NAV developer track record – this is a building environment, not a training one
- Candidates unwilling to work on-site in Landau a.d. Isar – maximum 2 days remote; remainder is on-site
- Uncertain communication in German – you lead a German team and speak with international subsidiary companies
- People waiting for clear instructions rather than defining the technical roadmap themselves and driving the team forward
- Those with no interest in leadership – this is about coaching, development and conflict resolution, not just code review
