
System Lead ERP & Connected Applications till Elof Hansson

As System Lead ERP & Connected Applications, you are responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing our global ERP platform and related applications. You will play a key role in our continued international rollout of Business Central and work closely with both business and IT to ensure efficient and business-supporting solutions. The role combines technology, project management, business understanding and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Drive global ERP implementations from analysis and solution design to deployment
- Manage upgrades and further development of Business Central
- Lead improvement initiatives together with superusers and system vendors
- Project manage implementation and change projects
- Ensure efficient processes and system support for the business
- Manage system administration, roles and permissions
- Plan and lead testing before releases and deployment
- Be IT's specialist resource for new features and improvement opportunities within Business Central
- Lead and develop our global Super User forum

What we're looking for
You have experience working closely with business on ERP and thrive in a role where you can combine structure, technology and improvement work. You are self-driven, solution-oriented and have the ability to build trust with both users and management. You are driven by developing processes and creating long-term business value.
Required experience
- At least 3 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Experience with ERP implementations in international environments
- Project management experience from larger implementation or change projects
- Good experience with Power BI
- Experience in process development and improvement work
- Ability to work independently with high quality and self-motivation
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
