Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required. Non-CPA can be considered depending on relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, audit, or tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- Experience working in a multinational or Japanese company environment is a strong advantage.
- Preferably with prior exposure to external or internal audit.
- Solid background in Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards (PFRS/IFRS)
- Strong understanding of accounting processes
- Accounting software and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD 365)
