Solution Architect

You will be part of the Accelerate team, working on assignments with market-leading customers on digitalization, modernization and technical transformation journeys. You will work closely with business, development, operations and security to create solutions that work in practice, not just in theory.
In the role, you contribute with architectural expertise, technical understanding and the ability to maintain perspective in complex environments. You thrive in the space between strategy and implementation, and can translate business needs, technical prerequisites and requirements into clear solution proposals, target architectures and viable decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop solution architecture for modern platforms, integration landscapes and cloud or hybrid environments
- Drive technical decisions and architectural choices together with business, development, operations and security
- Design sustainable, scalable and manageable solutions within integration, automation and platform technology
- Lead workshops, requirements dialogues and technical forums in complex customer environments
- Document target architecture, integration flows, dependencies and technical decisions
- Contribute to modernizations, migrations and major transformation initiatives
- Ensure solutions work long-term based on requirements for security, operability and pace of change
- Function as a technical bridge between strategy, architecture, development, operations and delivery
Your profile
We are looking for you with solid experience in solution architecture, technical architecture or a senior technical role where you have been responsible for design, decision-making and holistic perspective. You are accustomed to working in complex enterprise environments and have the ability to understand both technical details and overarching business objectives.
You don't need to know everything, but you need to have a strong technical foundation, good communication skills and experience driving solution work together with customer and team. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English both spoken and written.
For this position, Swedish citizenship may be required depending on the assignment. We also conduct background checks of the final candidate.
Experience we value
We believe you have experience in several of the following areas:
- Solution architecture in complex IT or enterprise environments
- Cloud, hybrid environments and modern platforms
- Integrations, APIs and system landscapes
- Infrastructure, platform technology or development-adjacent environments
- Security-conscious architecture, for example IAM, networking or compliance
- Workshop facilitation, requirements dialogue and stakeholder management
- Agile working methods and collaboration between business, development and operations
Extra of interest if you have experience with:
- Azure, AWS, Kubernetes or OpenShift
- DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps or Infrastructure as Code
- ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, SAP or other major business platforms
- ITIL, ITSM or architecture frameworks
- Information security, governance or regulatory requirements
- Consulting roles, advisory services or presales

Location
Accelerate has offices in multiple locations in Sweden and Norway. For this position, you will be based at our office in Malmö, with the opportunity for hybrid work.
