The role
For a leading client company in the industrial machinery sector, we are seeking a Software Developer – Application Integration Specialist to join the IT department with the objective of strengthening software development activities, application integration, and evolutionary maintenance of company systems.
The selected candidate, following an initial mentoring period, will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of integrations between enterprise applications, ERP systems, CRM, and third-party applications.
Key responsibilities
- Analysis of functional and technical requirements together with business stakeholders
- Design, development, and maintenance of integrations between company applications
- Development of integration solutions using Microsoft technologies, in particular .NET/C#
- Design and development of integrations via RESTful APIs, OData services, and Web Services
- Development and deployment of containerized application services and components via Docker
- Integration of ERP systems, CRM, and third-party applications, ensuring reliability, security, and performance
- Management and corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing integrations
- Collaboration with external vendors and software houses for integration implementation
- Definition of scalable, modular, and easily maintainable integration architectures
- Support for testing, release, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities
- Drafting of technical and functional documentation
- Second and third level technical support
- Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to support software development, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review activities, ensuring code quality and security
Required experience and skills
- Diploma or degree in computer science
- At least 2/3 years of experience in software development and enterprise application integration
- Experience in CRM system integration, particularly Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, in particular .NET/C#
- Experience in development and integration via RESTful APIs, OData services, and Web Services
- Knowledge of Docker and main concepts related to application containerization
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with version control systems, in particular Git
- Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements
- Ability to handle corrective maintenance, evolutionary maintenance, and application troubleshooting activities

Working conditions
Location: Hinterland Milano Nord Est
Hours: Full time
Contractual framework: CCNL Commercio, approximately 3rd level
Indicative salary: €28,000 – €30,000 per year
Benefits: Free canteen, corporate welfare equal to €650 and company bonus up to a maximum of €2,000
