Senior Technician Tools Coordination

About the Role

As Senior technician tools coordination you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient organization, provision, and management of tools, equipment, and consumables for construction sites and manufacturing operations while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Organization and coordination of the distribution of tools, equipment, consumables, and personal protective equipment
• Documentation, administration, and tracking of issued tools (e.g., pipe cutting and pipe bending tools, TIG welding equipment)
• Procurement of tools, spare parts, and consumable materials, taking cost-efficiency and quality into account
• Carrying out minor repairs, as well as commissioning and coordinating external service providers for maintenance and repair activities
• Supporting the logistics department, particularly in the areas of material handling and equipment management
• Inspection of ladders and steps as a qualified person in accordance with applicable regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field (e.g., industrial mechanic, plant mechanic, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification)
• Good general knowledge in handling tools and technical equipment
• Experience working with MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Structured, careful, and self-reliant way of working
• Strong quality and safety awareness
• Teamwork skills combined with a strong service orientation
• Very good German language skills; basic English skills are an advantage
