Role Objective
To support finance operations by ensuring accurate accounting, timely reconciliations, statutory compliance, audit readiness, payroll processing support, and assistance in financial statements and MIS reporting across a multi store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and posting of Journal Entries, Invoices, and Payment Entries across AP, AR, FA, GL, and Bank modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 – Finance & Operations)
- Ensuring accurate accounting, proper documentation, and compliance with internal SOPs and accounting policies
- Preparation and reconciliation of Sales vs Collections across stores, payment gateways, and bank receipts
- Preparation and review of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and timely resolution of reconciling items
- Accounting and reconciliation of Inter-unit / Branch transactions and balance confirmations
- Preparation of audit deliverables and coordination with statutory, internal, and tax auditors
- Assisting in preparation of Financial Statements, schedules, and supporting workings
- Handling Related Party accounting and assisting in preparation of Related Party Disclosures as per applicable standards
- Ensuring statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other applicable indirect and direct tax requirements
- Assisting in payroll processing, payroll accounting entries, reconciliations, and coordination with HR/payroll vendors
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities including provisions, accruals, and adjustments
- Assisting in MIS reporting, variance analysis, and management dashboards with accurate and timely data
Qualifications
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) / B Com / M Com – Preferred
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting / finance operations
- Exposure to retail or multi-branch environment preferred
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
Key Skills
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Payroll processing and accounting exposure
- Audit coordination experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
