About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior D365 CE (Customer Engagement) Developer to play a key role in a major digital service transformation. This program focuses on delivering enhanced digital workflows, smoother technology integrations, and easier, more equitable access to services.
Operating within a high-volume public institution you will bridge the gap between complex enterprise systems and customer-facing digital touchpoints. This isn't just a back-end configuration role; it is a highly collaborative, technical position where your skills in front-end portals and enterprise integration will directly optimize customer engagement and improve everyday lives.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Development & Extension: Design, develop, and implement secure CRM solutions, custom plugins, APIs, and workflows based on business requirements. Customize fields, views, reports, and dashboards.
- Power Pages & Front-End Architecture: Lead the development of user-facing components using Microsoft Power Apps Portals / Power Pages, building reusable front-end UI components that seamlessly integrate with back-end portals.
- Advanced Web Engineering: Utilize a modern web toolkit (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid Templates) alongside frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) to build accessible and modern user interfaces.
- Integration & Lifecycle Automation: Manage data pipelines, orchestrate Power Automate flows, and connect Power Portals with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external enterprise applications via RESTful/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Optimization & Performance Monitoring: Maintain data quality standards, troubleshoot complex system bugs, run root-cause analysis, and execute environment optimization to maximize performance.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Partner closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to prioritize requirements, participate in Agile sprint planning, and build comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications
Core Requirements:
- Proven CRM Experience: Multiple years of dedicated experience as a CRM Developer, specifically building out large-scale ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform).
- Power Pages Specialist: Multiple years of specialized experience developing front-end components within Microsoft Power Apps Portals/Pages, including heavy use of Liquid Templates and Power Automate Flows.
- Full-Stack Competencies: Strong command of core development tools and languages, including JavaScript, .NET, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Integration Fluency: Demonstrated experience with data migration, ETL techniques, REST/SOAP APIs, and connecting disparate enterprise data environments.
