As an SCM Functional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' technology landscapes by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize their Sales, Service, and Marketing functions, deploying Microsoft Business Applications Suite to meet unique business needs across various industries. This role offers the chance to contribute to PwC's strategy-led and technology-enabled value proposition, aligning industry focus with Microsoft technologies like Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering workshops and business process discussions with stakeholders. Design scalable and efficient D365 F&O SCM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. Provide functional leadership across SCM modules including: Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Warehouse Management Master Planning Product Information Management Sales & Distribution Transportation Management Conduct fit-gap analysis and define solution roadmaps. Review and approve functional design documents, process flows, and solution architecture. Manage end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. Lead multiple project workstreams and ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Drive SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities. Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively. Collaborate with technical, integration, data migration, and reporting teams for seamless execution. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and business stakeholders. Conduct steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive-level presentations. Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction. Support business development activities, solution demos, and proposal responses. Lead, mentor, and manage functional consultants and analysts. Provide guidance on solution design, issue resolution, and best practices. Support resource planning, team utilization, and capability development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 9 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Deep understanding of supply chain business processes and ERP transformation programs. Strong experience in: Solution architecture Requirement analysis Functional design Testing and deployment Stakeholder management Experience managing large-scale or global implementations.
