About the Role
Location: Gurgaon / Bengaluru / Mumbai

Our Sales Strategy & Operations team builds the go-to-market engine that connects our solutions with customer needs at scale. In this role, you will partner with senior sales leaders to solve high-priority strategic and operational challenges, improve seller productivity, and help drive revenue growth.
You will lead core planning and execution processes across areas such as territory design, quota setting, forecasting, and performance reporting, while working closely with cross-functional partners including Finance, Deal Desk, Compensation, and Systems. You will also help evolve how we use automation and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and support execution across the business.
You're a strategic and analytical problem solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and translating data into clear recommendations. You bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a passion for improving how the business operates at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational projects that shape LinkedIn's go-to-market model and improve business performance
- Drive core sales planning processes, including customer segmentation, headcount planning, territory design, and quota setting
- Deliver business insights and recommendations that inform forecasting and decision-making for sales leadership
- Own and improve critical sales operations processes, reporting, dashboards, and audits
- Partner cross-functionally to strengthen data quality, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions
- Support operating cadence by monitoring key metrics, surfacing risks, and identifying opportunities for improvement
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical/operational role
- 4+ years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
- 6+ months experimentation/process improvement experience using AI tools
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA/MBA degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical skills, and LLMs/tools to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior leaders
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality, operational rigor, and confidentiality
- Strong project or program management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales systems such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience working in high-growth, performance-driven environments
