In this position, you ensure that our services are billed correctly, completely and on time, and that our processes in contract and accounts management run smoothly.

Type: Part-time, permanent contract

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of customer, contract and debtor data in D365
• Creation and management of contracts, price lists and invoices
• Execution of monthly invoicing (including special services)
• Processing of complaints and cancellation and correction processes
• Coordination with accounting, sales and customer service to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Experience in commercial administration, particularly in invoicing and contract management
• Knowledge of contract law and administrative processes
• Confident handling of MS Office and contract management systems
• Very good German and solid English language skills, written and spoken
