About the role
As a senior project manager, you will have a central role in customer deliveries. You will lead implementation projects from start to finish, ensure structured execution, and contribute to projects following Microsoft's best practices for Success by Design.
You will also contribute to developing how ERP projects are delivered at a time when AI, automation, and digital agents are becoming an increasingly important part of Microsoft's business applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage implementation projects within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft Success by Design principles throughout the project lifecycle
- Plan and monitor progress, finance, resources, quality, and deliverables
- Drive active risk management and proactive handling of deviations
- Ensure good stakeholder management – both internally and with the customer
- Report clearly to steering committees, management, and key stakeholders
- Contribute to establishing and developing governance models and delivery methodology
- Collaborate with architects and expert teams to identify opportunities for AI, automation, Copilot, and agent-based processes in the customer's value chain
- Ensure that solutions are not only implemented correctly, but also create measurable business value over time
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a project manager within IT, ERP, or digital transformation
- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Finance & Operations or equivalent ERP solutions
- Documented experience from complete implementation projects, preferably from larger or complex organizations
- Good understanding of Microsoft Success by Design and how the methodology is used to ensure quality, progress, and value in deliveries
- Experience with project methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent
- Fluent Norwegian and English, both written and oral
