Aurora Engineering ABJob Description As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in creating structure, building trust, and driving change together with both the customer and the project team. Key Responsibilities As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Being responsible for project planning, budgeting, follow-up, and delivery Leading project meetings with the customer's organization Coordinating project teams consisting of consultants and developers Ensuring clear communication between the customer and the project team Working actively with change management within the customer's organization Identifying risks and driving projects forward toward established goals Contributing to the development of working methods and project methodology Competency Requirements The ideal candidate should have: Several years of experience leading ERP projects Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar business systems A good understanding of business processes within areas such as finance, logistics, or production A structured approach and experience managing projects within complex organizations Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English
